Interesting. Of course there are always the people who cannot afford the games or cannot buy them online or in retail.

The article is basically saying that more people pirate games in countries because companies don't release that game until months later in their country hence they can't play the game when it comes out every where else.
they should have a world wide release date
Should, but some companies believe they won't make a profit selling the games to other countries, so they don't release them that early in those countries.
