Changing my Focus
So for the longest time (or so it seems), my number one priority in the StarCraft scene has been a tournament/event organizer. I've got two successful team leagues, a moderately successful major league, an awesome showmatch and a handful of small tournaments to my name. I'm no Xeris by any means (that man is fucking awesome), but I've done my fair share of running shit.
But it's over.
I've retired from my post at SC2GG, and for once in my life, the only thing I'm doing is writing.
Not gonna lie, I still get all of the crazy crackpot ideas in my head to run stuff, but I'm gonna try and fight it off.
SC2GG was a great experience for me, and I made some really good friends over there, but it was my time to move on and let someone else step up. I've done my fair share of stuff over the past year and a half, and now it's time for a new chapter.
Effective as of now, making IE a top SC coverage site is my current #1 priority. I've got all summer ahead of me, and I'm going to work my ass off. You WILL see the best coverage one man can provide of the foreign StarCraft scene. I'll admit, I've slacked in the past (sorry Mike), but that's gone. Time to make things happen.
And if I don't, I'm pretty sure detonatR still wants to kick my ass.
