BlazBlue and King of Fighters XII This Summer
INSIDER ESPORTS – BlazBlue and King of Fighters XII heat up your consoles this summer.
Someone break out the IcyHot and be sure to have plenty of ice bags on standby because two popular fighters are going to be throwing down on the 360 and PS3 in the early part of, what is known as, the “dog days of summer” for gaming.
The first is King of Fighters XII. It has been four years since the last KOF last hit a home console. This time, the characters have been redone in 3D models and the background is in a 2D hand drawn pixel art.
The next game on the list is new to the state side, but is very large globally with a hardcore following in Japan. BlazBlue has now been officially announced to come to the USA sometime in July.
Not very much is known about this fighter at this time except that it had a home in the arcade over in Japan and is now getting its console debut.
Only one question remains, how will our pocketbooks fare this coming summer with the economy in the gutter and some really scorching games coming down the pipeline?
