INSIDER ESPORTS – ESWC announces 2009 Worldwide Preliminaries, taking place in at least sixteen countries around the globe.

ESWC released their first official stops for their preliminary events.  They include:

China

Colombia

France

Germany

Iran

Japan

South Korea

Madagascar

Malaysia

Mexico

Nigeria

Panama

Peru

Slovenia

Tunisia

Ukraine

That is not all their intended stops, however.  ESWC stated that they are “…currently in discussion with e-sports competitions organizers to include additional countries in the Electronic Sports World Cup 2009, notably in Belarus, Belgium, Brazil, Croatia, Egypt, Greece, India, Indonesia, Italy, Netherlands, Norway, Pakistan, Poland, Portugal, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, South Africa, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, UAE, United Kingdom, USA, and Venezuela. Further list will be released in the upcoming weeks.”
