KOTAKU.com - Rounding up the holiday season is another sales chart that drops Spore out of the number two spot.
Another week of sales reports have rolled onto our desks and it seems as though World of Warcraft's newest expansion continued to prosper very close to the holiday season. Perhaps picking up last second copies as gifts, consumers must truly appreciate Blizzard's MMORPG/Life-Controller. Closing in on that number one spot is The Sims 2 Double Deluxe edition, a must have for all PC gamers looking to run somebody else's life.
Seeming to drop out of the top three is Spore, EA's renowned life-simulator which let's you control a customized cell's evolution. Of all interesting trends, life simulators are among the top ten with force along with MMORPGs, demolishing the numbers of other FPSes except for Left 4 Dead.
