Hot off of Microsoft's announcement for a Resident Evil 5 bundle in Japan, Sony Entertainment has thrown a monkey wrench into the cogs that move the Microsoft fan-ship. Sporting an 80GB Playstation 3, two Dualshock 2 controllers and a copy of Resident Evil (Biohazard) 5, Japanese gamers will have to drop approximately $525 American to get their hands on this bundle. Perhaps one thing that Playstation gamers don't expect is that this bundle will be released on March 5, nearly two and a half weeks following the release of Japan's Xbox 360 bundle of the same theme. Not only that, consider the fact that the Xbox 360 bundle will be nearly $200 cheaper at check-out. Let's see some competitive sales between these two powerhouse systems!
